ABOUT
Sayoko moved to NYC when she was nineteen and began her career as an assistant to Yoshihiro Hidaka. While working with him, she worked with VOGUE, in advertisements, and on projects such as TV dramas.
After coming back to Japan and she started working under Ako Tanaka, Editor in Chief, of Numero TOKYO magazine. Apart from the magazine, she worked as an assistant under her in advertisements, TV commercials, music videos, and catalogues.
At present, she is working as a freelance stylist for magazines, brands, advertising, video and so on.
19歳で単身ニューヨークへ渡る。
スタイリスト 日高美博氏に師事。
VOGUE等のモード誌、広告、テレビドラマ等の現場を経験。
帰国後、インターナショナルモード誌 Numero TOKYO編集長 田中杏子氏のアシスタントを務め、CM、MV、カタログ等の現場を経験。
その後同誌の編集部に参加。
Numero TOKYOを離れた後、commons & sense編集部に所属。
現在は、フリーランスのスタイリストとして雑誌、広告、映像など幅広く活動している。
クライアントは国内外を問わない。
